Job Overview: 

We are looking for a Junior Receptionist to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves handling incoming calls, greeting customers, and managing visitor entry. The candidate must be professional, polite, and capable of multitasking effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a receptionist or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle phone calls and greet visitors professionally.
  • Proficiency in using telephone systems and basic computer software, such as MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good knowledge of admin work at reception
  • Should know the attendance and leave management
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor to create a positive first impression on behalf of the company.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential for managing front desk operations smoothly.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Experience with muster entry and visitor management systems will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude, directing them as necessary.
  • Manage the visitor logbook by entering accurate details of guests and visitors.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, such as organizing mail and deliveries.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, managing the office calendar.
  • Coordinate with security to manage muster entry and ensure all visitors have proper access.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company's services and operations.
